Below cost is for a minimum group of 49 PAX. In-case the
no of person decreases cost will increase automatically.   

Cost of Railway tickets atleast 120 days Befroe Date of Departure   

90% package cost at least 30 days before Departure Date.  

Remaining 10% at time of check in after or after Industrail visit.   

Reservation in Railways subject to availability   

Company will not be responsible for getting tickets done
in One Boggie.Since allotment of seat in
sole discretion of Indian railways  

Industrial visit is subject to availiabilty & confirmation
from company.  

Below rates are not applicable during events/exhibition
periods.   

below rates are subject to change due to currency
fluctuation, without prior notice.   

All rooms are
subject to availability on at the time of booking.   

Company will not be held responsible for cancellation or
rescheduling of train since it is the sole discretion of Indian Railways   

Company will not be held responsible for providing
extended stay due to any circumstances   

Company will not be held responsible for any accident.death, baggage loss,
theft, during the tour. .   

Hotel mentioned is subjected to change depending upon
availability   

Assistance for student concession is available on
request but it is not the responsibility of the company. In case student
concession is not available in college student has travel on full fare.   

Student concession is not available in 3 AC /2AC/1AC
Class.

Cancellation Policy   

No refunds in terms of ticket cancellation after it has
been booked as theses tickets are non-refundable.   

No refunds after package has been booked.   

No refunds in case the student doesn’t travel and
booking has been made.   

No refunds for any unutilized services during tour or
after the tour No refunds if the
tour is cancelled 45 days before date of Travel.
